There is a parking space free of charge outside the Aqua Massage Hideaway in Cheshire.

As a well-being business your health and welfare are my top priority, so on arrival for your appointment, we will sit down and I'll ask you some questions during a consultation. This allows me to establish suitability of the treatment, create a tailored treatment plan centred around your desired outcome, and include any specific needs or requirements you may have.  This gives me the relevant information to provide you with the highest standard of service. Feel free to ask me questions you may have as well.

For a Hydrotherm massage, you will have the option to leave some underwear on before lying down on two heated water pillows and being covered by towels. You will feel safe and secure at all times as the only area uncovered will be the area I'm working on.

I would recommend bringing a pair of shorts or leggings with you, a bobble if you have long hair and wearing comfortable footwear that are easy to get on and off.

I generally use warm sports lotion for all treatments as it glides well and hydrates the skin but is less greasy than oil. For fire cupping I use coconut oil

Sports massage can cause some discomfort but should not be painful. When sports massage is delivered correctly, working through the layers and simultaneously applying the relevant pressure, it can benefit you in so many ways. There is a common misconception that sports massage is painful, or has to be painful for it to work but this isn't true. It's normal for areas that are problematic to feel a little uncomfortable at times and tender the day after as this is part of the healing and recovery process.

We don't offer couple massage sessions currently, we work solely on a 1 to 1 basis to prioritise 'me' time so the session is all about you!
